I must admit, I am a sucker for gifts - it goes either way.
I love receiving gifts and I love making or giving ones. Most of the times I receive less than I give but that's the story of my life.
Most of us give our energy and most of the time for our jobs and look where this brings us to -- nowhere land.
Last year we had secret Santa at work. As usual, I was disappointed (maybe I always have high expectations) .
This is what I gave and what I received - I like red but in 4 years I never wore this kind of thing on my head. Can't believe how hard it is for some to buy a neutral thing for Christmas.
A box of shell shaped chocolates and a Christmas decoration - for I girl I did not know the tastes. I love making the decorations and wrapping.

I received a Made in China huge head thingy - maybe is in trends but for me it is hideous (it could fit 2-3 heads in there).

Next are the Christmas gifts for my family and a little part of my tree - I can only share that in there were some chocolates that contained brandy and other types of alcohol

Next is a Christmas basket I made with help from friend Andrei - it was his idea of tying the products with the bow because they were a bit falling all over the basket.
All was purchased separately, wrapped and stuff ...and the receivers told us a weak thank you and considered it was bought from the market. Why did I even bother?

To be continued...
